Baking uses chemistry to make delicious treats to eat and share. This week’s challenge is to experiment with the reactions of a base and an acid in order to make fluffy pancakes.
Supplies:
- Stove, skillet, and spatula
- Bowls, measuring cups, measuring spoons, knife, spoon, and fork
- Ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, milk, eggs, and butter
